The purpose of the Provincial Employment Strategy Committee is to develop and implement educational strategies for training, re-training and re-employment of employees to meet current and future human resources needs and to provide employment security.

This is a reimbursment program for education. It applies to any jobs listed in the C.U.P.E. Local 5430 Collective Agreement Schedule A Wage Rates.
